About Ryan Tindall

Twenty-five years running operations, opening markets, and owning the hard parts, across motorsports technology, artificial intelligence platforms, business-to-business software, and automotive systems.

I work with leadership teams when a decision is difficult, an initiative has stalled, or work spanning organizations needs an owner. That may mean a single recommendation a leadership team needs to make with confidence; a business development strategy that needs to be set and then run; or an initiative that needs someone to take ownership and move it forward.

I have done that as Vice President of Operations at McLaren Applied Technologies and Cosworth, and as Director of Operations at Rho AI and Orange Bees: NASCAR and INDYCAR programs delivered without a failure, enterprise accounts opened at Apple, Google, and Uber, a six million dollar business turned around, and an artificial intelligence company positioned for acquisition by General Motors.

I operate best where the stakes are real, the situation is difficult, and someone needs to own the hard parts so the people at the top never have to. I contract through Grantic Operations.

How I workThe same method, whatever the label on it

Three offers, one way of working underneath them.

I read the situation as it actually is, get clear on what the end looks like, establish where we are against it, and build the plan that connects the two.

Then I carry that plan through the people: the ones who have to agree, the ones who have to do the work, and the ones who can stop it. Done well, it lands on time, on target, and on budget, everyone involved has had a hand in it, and nobody needs to point at me afterward. The group takes the credit, because the group earned it.
